Forms you fill out. The inquiry and newsletter forms collect what you type: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, business name, and message. That information goes to me, Wesley Cable, so I can reply. It is stored in my customer relationship system and my email.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them on the consent banner or the cookie preferences page. If you decline or ignore the banner, the site receives only anonymous, cookieless signals that pages were viewed. This site honors the Global Privacy Control browser setting automatically.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. There are no advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers on this site. Your form submissions are used to respond to you and, if you opted into the newsletter, to send it. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to ask for a copy of it, to ask me to delete it, and to ask me to correct it. Because I do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but the Global Privacy Control signal is honored regardless.

Form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship, and deleted on request. No method of transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure, and anyone sending information online assumes that inherent risk, but this site uses HTTPS everywhere and I limit access to the systems that store your information.
